For data protection matters, contact us at [email protected].
Scope and purpose of processing
We process data to handle inquiries sent through the contact form and to conduct correspondence related to our offer.
In configurators, we may also process the company name and domain, job title, and answers about the sales model, online revenue range, systems, needs, and decision timeline. We use them to produce an indicative automated recommendation and score that support follow-up, but do not produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Campaign identifiers and UTM parameters may be stored with the enquiry to measure its source and preserve conversation context.
Providing data is voluntary but necessary to respond to your inquiry.
Legal basis
Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR (steps prior to entering a contract and the controller's legitimate interests).
Data recipients
Data may be shared with processors that support our IT infrastructure and communications under data processing agreements.
Depending on the form, these may include hosting, data-flow automation, email, CRM, and marketing automation providers, including Zapier and Mailchimp. After analytics consent is granted, they may also include analytics providers such as Google, Microsoft Clarity, and Hotjar. CookieScript records and relays the user's cookie choices.
Retention period
We retain data for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and for periods required by law or to defend against claims.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and object to processing of your personal data.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO).
Cookies
Essential cookies support the correct operation of the website. Analytics cookies and similar technologies help us measure traffic, review usability, and diagnose problems on the website.
Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Hotjar are classified as analytics tools and should not store analytics identifiers before consent is granted. Text fields and contact details in forms are masked before session recording.
Microsoft Clarity may operate in a limited cookieless mode when consent is denied. In the EEA, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we relay the current analytics_storage and ad_storage consent states. Form values, raw advertising click identifiers, and our internal lead identifier are not intended to be sent to Clarity.
You can manage your choices through the cookie banner and withdraw consent at any time. The detailed retention period depends on the selected provider and project settings.
