Starting point
One reservation. Two sides of the process.
Travellers needed to choose parking and dates; the operator needed to handle bookings and availability. The project connected the public customer journey with the parking operation’s day-to-day workflow.

Dates first. Then a comparison of parking options.
In the archival view, arrival and departure dates are the starting point. The parking list presents price and comparison details, and the selected offer leads into the booking form.
Designing the journey
From choosing parking to managing the booking.
Workshops and mockups organised the user’s decisions. Traveller details, dates and parking information formed one process, also covering payment and later booking management.

Traveller details beside the booking summary.
The selected parking and dates remained beside traveller details, allowing the booking information to be reviewed before continuing.
Operational workflow
A booking does not end at the form.
The project covered management of parking locations, prices and availability, together with payment and invoicing integrations. These operational tools were separate from the traveller-facing screens.
Delivered product
Public booking and tools for the operator.
The project delivered a web-based parking reservation system with a public offer and operator-side management. Work covered journey design, implementation and the integrations needed to run the service.
