Who is the client?

SFD is a recognised Polish distributor of dietary supplements and sports nutrition, with an established position in both e-commerce and stationary sales. Get to know the history and philosophy of the SFD brand.

The company was looking for a solution that would not only open a new mobile sales channel, but above all, strengthen relationships with customers. A dedicated loyalty application turned out to be the perfect tool for this purpose:

Challenges

Engaging challenge module

The key challenge was to design and implement a challenge system that would effectively attract users to open the application every day. The module had to be intuitive to use and at the same time provide a mechanism for managing challenges from the administration panel.

A full-fledged mobile store

Reproducing the functionality of the extensive SFD online store in the mobile version was a significant challenge. The loyalty application had to support all store functions, such as product packages, discounts or products for points, while maintaining a light and intuitive mobile interface.

Integration with health platforms

Integration with Apple Health and Health Connect required the development of effective mechanisms for synchronising and processing data on users’ physical activity.

Complex backend integration

The application had to work seamlessly with the customer’s existing technology ecosystem, ensuring data about loyalty points, user accounts and purchasing processes was synchronised.

An extensive challenge module is the central element of the application, supporting users in building healthy habits. Users can:

  • Use the challenge module as a private exercise tracking calendar with the ability to enter any exercise with a duration

Challenges can be dynamically added and managed by the SFD team, giving you full control over the content and scale of community engagement.
